Terms of Sale and Returns
These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter, the “Terms”) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any customer who makes purchases through the website https://keratinveganfactory.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) and ClickBeauty Labs, S.L., with CIF B22554497, registered office at Calle Arquitecto Rey Pedreira 2, Bajo I, 15011 A Coruña, España, and email info@clickbeautylabs.com.
These Terms are the only ones applicable and replace any other conditions, unless previously agreed expressly and in writing. ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. may amend these Terms at any time; the Terms in force at the time the order is placed shall apply.
By placing an order on this Site, the customer declares that they have read and fully accepted these General Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use.
Orders
Orders may be placed through https://keratinveganfactory.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once payment has been confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of their purchase.
Product information
Before using any product, the customer must carefully read the instructions for use stated on the packaging or the corresponding product sheet.

Prices
All published prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the legally applicable taxes.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout and shown before the order is completed.
ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the applicable price will always be the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If any product is out of stock, ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. will inform the customer as soon as possible in order to offer one of the following options:
- Wait for the product to be restocked.
- Replace it with another product with similar characteristics.
- Cancel the affected product and refund its full amount.
Delivery methods
Products are shipped to Spain and to European Union countries by transport companies selected by ClickBeauty Labs, S.L.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
In the event of a transport incident, ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. will open the relevant investigation with the carrier before proceeding, where applicable, to refund or replace the order.
The customer must report any visible incident within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt by writing to info@clickbeautylabs.com.
Receipt of the order
Upon delivery, the customer must check:
- That the packaging is in good condition.
- That the products received match the order placed.
- That there is no visible damage to the items.
Delivery times
Orders are normally prepared within 24-48 working hours following payment confirmation.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of ClickBeauty Labs, S.L., such as logistics incidents, force majeure or errors in the address provided by the customer.
Secure payment
All payment transactions made on this Site are carried out through secure payment platforms that guarantee the confidentiality and protection of the customer's financial data.
The available payment methods will be shown during checkout.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision.
The customer will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalised products or products made to the customer's specifications.
- Products that have been opened or unsealed, for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
- Used, damaged or incomplete products for reasons attributable to the customer.
Returns
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify it in writing to:

Once the return has been authorised, the product must be sent to:

The product must be returned properly protected and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once its condition has been checked, the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer within the legally established period.
Warranty
All products sold by ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. are covered by the legal warranty provided for in Spanish consumer and user protection legislation.
Force majeure
ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. shall not be liable for delays or non-performance arising from force majeure circumstances, such as strikes, labour disputes, transport interruptions, fires, floods, armed conflicts, administrative decisions or any other unforeseeable circumstance beyond its control.
Comments and communications
Opinions and comments posted by users may be reviewed and moderated by ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. Offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful or fraudulent content, or content contrary to good faith and current legislation, will not be accepted. Any content that breaches these conditions may be removed without prior notice.
