Terms of Sale and Returns
These General Terms of Sale exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any customer who makes a purchase through the website https://keratinveganfactory.com (hereinafter, the "Site") and ClickBeauty Labs, S.L., with Tax ID (CIF) B22554497, registered office at Calle Arquitecto Rey Pedreira 2, Bajo I, 15011 A Coruña, España, and email info@clickbeautylabs.com.
These General Terms of Sale are the only ones applicable and replace any other terms, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly and in writing. ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. may amend these terms at any time. The applicable terms shall be those in force at the time the customer places their order.
By making a purchase on this Site, the customer declares that they have read and fully accepted these General Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use.
Orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through https://keratinveganfactory.com.
Once payment has been confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirming their order.
Product information
Before using any product, the customer must carefully read the instructions for use shown on its packaging or corresponding product sheet.
If in doubt, the customer may contact our customer service team using the contact form on the Site or by writing to info@clickbeautylabs.com.
Prices
All prices published on the Site are expressed in euros (€) and include the legally applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and will be shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.
ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, confirmed orders will keep the price in force at the time they were placed.
Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If any of the products ordered is not available, ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer one of the following options: wait for the product to be restocked, replace it with another product of similar characteristics, or cancel the affected product with the corresponding refund.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to Spain and to all countries of the European Union.
Orders will be shipped through the carrier that ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. considers most suitable for each shipment.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically before completing the purchase and will depend on the destination, weight and volume of the order.
Delivery times
Once payment has been confirmed, orders are normally prepared within 24 to 48 working hours.
Delivery times are approximate:
- Mainland Spain: 24 to 72 working hours.
- Balearic Islands: 2 to 5 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: according to the times resulting from customs clearance.
- European Union countries: between 3 and 10 working days.
These times may be affected by causes beyond the control of ClickBeauty Labs, S.L., such as logistics incidents, force majeure or errors in the address provided by the customer.
Receipt of the order
Upon delivery, the customer must check that the packaging is in perfect condition, that the order matches the products purchased and that there is no visible damage.
Any incident must be reported in writing to info@clickbeautylabs.com within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order.
Secure payment
The Site uses secure payment platforms that guarantee the confidentiality and protection of all transactions carried out.
The available payment methods will be shown during the checkout process.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish legislation, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give any reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must give notice in writing to info@clickbeautylabs.com.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed, for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
- Personalised products or products made to the customer's specifications.
- Products that have been used, damaged, are incomplete or have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.
These limitations apply in accordance with Article 103 of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.
Returns
Once the return has been authorised, the product must be sent to the following address:

The product must be returned properly protected and accompanied by proof of purchase.
After checking the condition of the product, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the legally established period.
Warranty
All products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee provided for in Spanish legislation.
Incidents arising from damage caused during transport must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
Force majeure
ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. shall not be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure circumstances, such as strikes, labour disputes, weather events, transport interruptions, fires, floods, armed conflicts or any other unforeseeable circumstance beyond its control.
Comments and communications
Opinions posted by users may be moderated by ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. in order to ensure compliance with current legislation and maintain a respectful environment. Unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or fraudulent content, or content contrary to good faith, will not be accepted.
