GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any user who makes a purchase on the website https://keratinveganfactory.com (hereinafter, the “User”) and ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. (hereinafter, the “Seller”), with registered office at Calle Arquitecto Rey Pedreira 2, Bajo I, 15011, A Coruña, España, and CIF B22554497.
Use of the website https://keratinveganfactory.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Scope of application
These conditions are the only ones applicable and replace any other conditions, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly and in writing, by both parties. ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of purchase.
Validating an order on https://keratinveganfactory.com implies automatic acceptance of these general conditions.
2. Product Information
The user must carefully read the information for each product before purchasing it. If in doubt, they may contact customer service through the contact form, email or the chat available on the website.
3. Prices and Invoicing
• Product prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the legally applicable taxes (VAT included).
• Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated automatically before completing the purchase, based on the weight and destination of the order.
• ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, guaranteeing that the rates in force at the time of purchase will apply.
• In the event of an error in the currency conversion system or differences between the estimated order value and the amount invoiced in euros, the Seller is not responsible for such variations.
4. Product Availability
Orders will be shipped provided there is stock available.
If a product is not available, the Seller will contact the customer within a maximum of 15 days to inform them of the new delivery date or to propose an alternative product of similar quality and price.
If the customer rejects the replacement product, the full amount paid will be refunded.
5. Shipping and Delivery Methods
• Products will be delivered in Spain and Portugal (mainland and islands) via Seur or Nacex. Correos de España.
• We do not ship to PO boxes.
• Shipping costs are calculated automatically before the order is completed.
• In the event of a delivery delay, an investigation will be opened with the carrier and no refund can be processed until the loss of the order has been confirmed.
5.1. Checking the Order on Receipt
The customer must:
1. Check the packaging to make sure it is not damaged.
2. Check that the products received match those purchased and show no visible defects.

6. Delivery times
• Orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been confirmed.
• Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by causes beyond the company's control, such as errors in the address provided, force majeure or logistical problems.

The website offers secure payment options, with encrypted connections to guarantee the protection of transactions.
Available payment options:

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
8.1. Right of withdrawal
The user has the right to withdraw from their purchase within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without having to give any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must give written notice by email to atencionalcliente@keratinveganfactory.com .
8.2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Opened, used or incomplete products.
• Products customised or manufactured to the customer's specifications.
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
8.3. Return Procedure
• The customer must return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition, together with the purchase invoice.

• Once the product has been received and checked, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
9. Force Majeure
ClickBeauty Labs, S.L. shall not be liable for delays or breaches of contract due to force majeure, including:
• Strikes, riots, blockades, fires, floods, pandemics or armed conflicts.
• Failures in transport, telecommunications or power supply services.
10. Reviews, Comments and Content Moderation
The website allows customers to post reviews and comments on the products they have purchased.
However, the marketing team will monitor and remove any comment that:
• Contains offensive language, insults or defamation.
• Constitutes misleading advertising or spam.
• Is unrelated to the product in question.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of A Coruña, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
